MICHELE CASTELLI
Michele was born in Matera and belongs to the Osteria Francescana family where he spent six years. Subsequently he exported his experience and creativity to Istanbul, at the restaurant Italia of the master Massimo Bottura. With his precious background he created the Dimora Ulmo restaurant in his native Matera and since 2024 he has been at the helm of Terrazza La Vista, constantly assisted by the resident chef Virginia Caravita.
